A presidential staffer at the Office of the President, Dr Louise Carol Serwaa Donkor has been suspended according to a letter sighted by MyNewsGH.com and signed by the Chief of Staff, Akosua Frema Osei-Opare.
Her suspension which takes effect from June 13, 2018 according to the letter is to last for 30 days while her conduct described as disparaging to the Ghanaian society.
She has also been directed to render in writing an unconditional apology and commit to being of good behavior.
It would be recalled that Dr Louise Carol Serwaa Donkor late last week incurred the wrath of New Patriotic Party (NPP) footsoldiers on social media over comments she passed on a post denigrating them
Ms Donkor, who is the number 114 on the list of 998 is, in addition to her presidential staffer role, a leading member of controversial girls group PepperDem.
She wrote in response to a post about not dealing with foot soldiers as a principle: “You shouldn’t”, she encouraged her friend who posted it. “You can’t reason with them (foot soldiers).” She said.
“It’s like tribalist”, she added.
