Ghana head coach CK Akonnor has named squad for Mali friendly next month.

The Black Stars face Mali in Turkey in a friendly ahead of the AFCON qualifiers against Sudan.

Coach Akonnor has announced Ghana squad for the friendly encounter with Pyramids FC striker John Antwi getting his maiden call-up since 2017.

Ghana’s all-time leading topscorer Asamoah Gyan has once again been dropped from the squad with Kamal Deen of FC Nordsjælland and Besiktas midfielder Bernard Mensah also included.
