Egypt-based Ghanaian striker, John Antwi Duku has finally received a Black Stars invitation after three years of absence.
The 28-year old has been listed among a list of players by coach CK Akonnor to represent Ghana in a friendly against Mali next month.
Antwi who has been extraordinary in the Egyptian Premier League has been handed an invitation to the Black Stars after several calls from the media following his outstanding performance in the North African country.
The former Sekondi Eleven Wise goal poacher is arguably one of the best attackers in the continent considering his form in the Egyptian league over the years.
John Antwi is considered as one of the greatest foreign player to ever stepped foot in Egypt, breaking records and setting new ones each and every season.
He is currently the only foreigner with the highest number of goals (103) since the inception of football in Egypt.
John Antwi has returned to the Black Stars after three years, having been invited for the Black Stars world cup qualifier against Uganda in 2017.
