The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Mahama has said the ruling NPP government is sharing the Covid-19 Relief Fund to its members only.
According to the former president, the ruling NPP government has been selective in terms of the disbursement of the relief Fund meant to ease hardship on Ghanaians greatly affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.
He explained that instead of the government to share the money across board, it is only giving it out to its supporters to enrich themselves whiles others suffer.
“But in the disbursement of the fund, the government is giving the money to only NPP supporters, including their chairmen and secretaries. And it is not good”, Mr Mahama said.
Mr. Mahama said this when addressing a gathering at Samraboi as part of his five-day tour to the Western Region.
He implored Ghanaians to vote the NPP government out and restore power in him in order for everyone to have a fair share of the country’s resources.
