Joseph Esso was on target for Dreams FC as they defeated Medeama Sporting Club 2:1 at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu.

Considered as one of the title contenders, Medeama Sporting Club travelled to Dawu hoping to get their first victory in the league season.

Esso broke the virginity of the game for Dreams FC to end the first half.

Medeama came back stronger in the second half to snatch the equalizer with Kwadwo Asamoah scoring that goal in the 72nd minute of the game.

Substitute Issah Ibrahim converted a penalty in the late minute to secure victory for Dreams FC.

Dreams FC will be travelling to Ayinase to play Karela United in the week three of the ongoing Ghana Premier League season whiles Legon Cities FC welcome Medeama SC at the Accra Sports Stadium…
