Hearts of Oak midfielder, Aminu Alhassan has left the Ghana Premier League club.
The diminutive midfielder has left the Accra-based club due to lack of regular playing time.
On recent social media post, Aminu Alhassan has bided farewell to the leadership, teammates and supporters of the 2004 CAF Confederation Cup Champions as he depart from the team.
“On behalf of my entire family,I wish to thank Accra Hearts of Oak for the privilege honoured me to have been part of the team for approximately 4 and half years. Though during my years with the club ,major trophies eluded the team, I believe God Almighty has better things for the club”
” I sincerely appreciate every opportunity and love bestowed on me as a player by every member of the club. Accra Hearts of Oak has instilled a sense of strong mental strength and hope in me to become a better player, so I want to say thank you to the entire Oak family.

Aminu Alhassan joined Hearts of Oak in the 2017/18 season but was immediately loaned to Great Olympics.
He rejoined Hearts of Oak after the loan spell with Great Olympics after the 2017/18 league season.
Aminu Alhassan only made two appearances for Hearts of Oak in the 2019/20 league season which was cancelled due to the devastating coronavirus.
He couldn’t cap a single game for Hearts of Oak in the 2020/21 league season.
