Ebusua Dwarfs head coach, Ernest Thompson has said, he will map up a strategy to prevent Asante Kotoko striker Kwame Opoku from scoring on Wednesday.

Dwarfs host Asante Kotoko in Ghana Premier League outstanding game at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Wednesday afternoon.

Before the big clash kicked off, many have tipped Asante Kotoko in-form striker, Kwame Opoku to continue his goal scoring form against Ebusua Dwarfs today.

But coach Ernest Thompson has stated that Kwame Opoku will have one of his difficult games in the league when Kotoko face Ebusua Dwarfs this afternoon.

According to coach Thompson, he will come up with a strategy that will see Kwame Opoku out of the game throughout the entire ninety minutes.

Speaking to Takoradi-based Kingdom FM, coach Ernest Thompson said, “Kwame Poku cannot score against Dwarfs at Cape Coast. I will map up a strategy to stop him from scoring and I trust my players to stop him”

Kwame Opoku is currently Asante Kotoko topscorer this season, netting six times in nine matches for the Porcupine Warriors.

His last goal came when Asante Kotoko faced WAFA SC, a top opponent for the Porcupines whenever playing at the Red Bull Arena in Sogakope. His goal secured Asante Kotoko a point at WAFA SC.
